Recordi Enterprises Holdings was duly registered in 2017 in accordance to the South African Company Act. A fully compliant Level 1 BBBEE company with all the related industry accreditations and certification.

It’s core team comes with over 60 years collective experience in multi sectors gained in high value global private and public sector interest projects ranging from integrated infrastructure, commodities, health and social services. The company is led by its Founder and Group CEO, Mr. Cyprian Boyzy Donaldson supported by a Special Advisory Board and a highly motivated, experienced Execution Team.

Founder & CEO

Mr. Cyprian Boyzy Donaldson has experience in the private and public sectors and holds extensive experience in Project Management. He has worked for the Office of the Premier in the Financial Management Directorate and has further worked on a numerous of projects in South Africa. Boyzy has experience in implementing numerous large-scale projects, with a focus on Project Planning, Project Scheduling and Project Cost Management.

He holds qualifications in Cost Management, Project Planning and Scheduling, Security, Aquaculture, Project Management and is a member of Professional Security Industry

Regulatory Authority. Mr. Cyprian Boyzy Donaldson is currently the Group Executive Officer for Recordi Enterprises Holdings (Pty) Ltd, He also serves on the management committee of a progressive social development services NPO that focuses on the early childhood and youth development sectors.

Special Advisory Board

The Special Advisory Board consist of carefully selected experts in the respective industries, thought leaders and specialist in their disciplines. The pool of advisors drawn from both local and international sources. The intention is to also utilize the rich knowledge base of retirees within sectors.

The appointments done in accordance to the unique project specifications and in support of the company’s overall strategic direction and operational alignment.
